Chapter 1

I began my career as a journalist, writing news stories to help people connect and understand the world. I then spent nearly two decades at Robert Half, a Fortune 500 recruiting firm, where I led a global communications team focused on workplace dynamics, career growth, and on-the-job happiness. In that role, I collaborated with experts like Nic Marks and Shawn Achor to explore what makes work truly fulfilling.

Chapter 2

As my own sense of purpose evolved, I followed my heart into the nonprofit world, leading marketing and communications at    Room to Read, a global nonprofit advancing literacy and gender equality. While there, I experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of nonprofit leadership, gaining a deep understanding of the unique pressures facing purpose-driven organizations.

Chapter 3

My work with Room to Read and board service in the nonprofit sector sparked a new chapter; I was inspired to support professionals, especially those in mission-driven roles, to become more resilient and adaptable. To help do that, I completed my coaching certification with the Co-Active Training Institute, a rigorous program accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I also completed a DEI program from Cornell. Now, I guide professionals as they create their next chapters with clarity, confidence and choice.
